World’s First AI Influencer Pageant

The world’s first beauty pageant for artificial intelligence (AI) models and influencers, Miss AI, has been announced by the World AI Creator Awards (WAIC). The competition aims to recognize the achievements of AI creators globally and will award a total of $20,000 in prizes to the winners. Entries for Miss AI opened on April 14, and creators behind AI-generated models with a social media presence can register, as long as they are over 18 years old.

According to details revealed on the official WAIC website, the Miss AI event will focus on female AI-generated models or social media influencers created with AI tools such as OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 and Copilot Designer. Participants will be judged based on three criteria – beauty, tech, and social clout.

The beauty category will assess classic pageantry aspects like beauty, poise, and responses to questions, while the tech category will evaluate skills in using AI tools for model creation. Social clout will be measured based on engagement numbers with fans, audience growth rate, and utilization of platforms like Instagram. Judges, including AI influencers Aitana Lopez and Emily Pellegrini, will score participants in each category using a points-based system.

The online award ceremony for Miss AI winners is scheduled to take place later this month, with the winners announced on May 10. The champion will receive a $5,000 cash prize, along with mentorship programs, promotional packages, and PR support. The judging panel will consist of four members, including AI influencers and real human representatives.
