UFL 2024: Week 3 by the numbers

Week 3 of the United Football League (UFL) saw the Birmingham Stallions, DC Defenders, Michigan Panthers, and St. Louis Battlehawks secure wins, while the San Antonio Brahmas, Memphis Showboats, Arlington Renegades, and Houston Roughnecks fell short. The Stallions remain undefeated with a strong performance both offensively and defensively.

The Stallions lead the league in scoring offense and defense, kicking only four field goals out of 52 attempts, with Michigan’s Jake Bates showcasing perfection in his field goals. The Defenders made an impressive 10-point comeback in the final minute of regulation, showcasing resilience and determination on the field.

After an outstanding eight-sack performance in Week 3, the Stallions lead the league in sacks with an impressive 17 through three weeks. Panthers wide receiver Marcus Simms had a standout 76-yard catch-and-run touchdown, while Michigan QB E.J. Perry completed 84% of his passes and ran for two scores.

Birmingham QB Adrian Martinez’s 388 yards of total offense propelled the Stallions to victory in Week 3, showcasing his dynamic skills in passing and running. The UFL continues to provide thrilling matchups and standout performances as the season progresses.
