Q4 Results Today: Wipro, Jio Finance, HDFC AMC, Hindustan Zinc among 14 companies to post Q4 earnings on April 19

Q4 Results Today: Today, April 19, fourteen companies are set to release their financial results for the fourth quarter of FY24 (Q4FY24). Among these companies are Wipro, Hindustan Zinc, Jio Financial Services, and HDFC AMC. Investors will closely watch these companies’ performance as they react to their Q4 results.

Wipro is expected to report muted earnings for the fourth quarter of FY24 due to a weak demand environment. The company is estimated to report a consolidated net profit of ₹2,746 crore, with a subdued growth of 1.92% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). Wipro’s IT services revenue is expected to see a sequential growth of 0.18% to $2,661 million. Despite this, the revenue in rupee terms may fall by 0.28% to ₹22,141 crore QoQ. These estimates are based on the average projections of five brokerages.

HDFC Asset Management Company is anticipated to see a 35.2% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit to ₹508.6 crore for Q4, with revenue growth of 37.7% YoY to ₹745 crore. The overall Assets Under Management (AUM) for HDFC AMC grew by 10.2% as of February 2024 compared to December 2023, with the equity AUM increasing by 15.1% over the same period.

Hindustan Zinc’s Q4 net profit is expected to fall by 19.8% YoY to ₹2,080 crore, with a revenue decline of 11.9% to ₹7,490 crore. However, the Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) is estimated to increase by 2% QoQ, driven by improved zinc volume and lower production costs. This is partially offset by declines in zinc prices and lower lead and silver volume. Investors are advised to consult certified experts before making investment decisions.
