Lamborghini sports car worth ₹1 crore burnt to ashes in Hyderabad. Here's why

In a shocking development, a yellow Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder was deliberately set on fire on a road in the outskirts of Hyderabad. The incident took place on April 13, and the car was completely destroyed in the blaze before firefighters could intervene.

According to police reports, the owner of the Lamborghini had planned to sell the car to a dealer who then conspired with a group of people to set it on fire. The dealer claimed that the car owner owed him money, prompting the drastic action.

A case has been registered against the dealer under Section 435 of the Indian Penal Code for causing mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to cause damage. The investigation is ongoing to uncover further details and motives behind the arson attack.

The Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder is a discontinued model known for its powerful 5.0-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine capable of producing 512 bhp of power and 510 Nm of torque. The Gallardo served as the predecessor to Lamborghini’s popular Huracan lineup, which is currently in production worldwide.

This incident serves as a reminder of the risks and consequences of illegal activities in the luxury car market. The police are urging anyone with information related to the case to come forward and assist in the investigation.
