2024 Aprilia Tuareg 660 ADV launched in India, priced from ₹18.85 lakh

Aprilia has officially launched the new Tuareg 660 adventure motorcycle in India, priced at ₹18.85 lakh. This bike is the third to be based on the new 660 platform and features a design heavily inspired by Dakar rally bikes. With a purposeful look and minimal fairing, the Tuareg 660 aims to be a rugged and capable off-road machine.

Powering the Aprilia Tuareg 660 is a 659 cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 80 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 79 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox, the bike is equipped with a tubular frame, 43 mm USD front forks, and a progressive linkage monoshock at the rear. Braking performance comes from twin discs at the front and a single disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS.

In terms of electronics, the Tuareg 660 is packed with features including four riding modes, multi-level traction control, switchable ABS, cruise control, and engine brake control. It also comes with a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. With a seat height of 860 mm and ground clearance of 240 mm, this adventure bike is ready to take on various terrains.

Competing in the segment against the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE, Honda XL750 Transalp, BMW F 850 GS, and the 2024 Triumph Tiger 900 range, the Aprilia Tuareg 660 comes with a premium price tag. Riders looking for a top-tier adventure motorcycle can now consider the new Tuareg 660 as an option in the market.
